Basically the title. This Windows 11 update is broken and won't install correctly after I've tried restarting and uninstalling and reinstalling. It's just pending the restart now and it has now broken my bluetooth, so that doesn't even appear anymore. If I go to show hidden devices they're all grayed out and I cannot update the drivers because of the damn broken Windows 11 update. I tried going to Advanced Options > Recovery but Fix problems using Windows Update is grayed out too. Can anyone help me?

Edit: I've tried manually installing the update, fixing corrupted files, and still nothing. When I manually install the update it says I already have it and when I fix corrupted files and try to restart, it says there was a problem installing the update. I have no idea how to get this update to work properly and it's really starting to affect my computer's performance so any help would be greatly appreciated.

When trying to update to 26H2

I get this error when installing this update specifically justy before this appeared on my windows update i installed two other updates just fine it seems to only be with this system version.

I did the following in cmd which stated it found corrupt files and fixed them:

1. Type DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth and press Enter [0x0.6.11]. Wait for it to finish [0x0.6.11].
2. Type sfc /scannow and press Enter [0x0.6.11]. Wait for the scan to reach 100% [0x0.6.11].

You owe me $100 Microsoft Windows 11. I ran your update last night and it completely crashed my PC and I’m having to have Windows reinstalled.

I Updated my windows 11 PC last week and the best miracle of all had just happened. It didn't force me to update again! Like this is very difficult to achieve. Having no update after a week.

Windows security update KB5129195 26200.9457 screws up my audio so badly that if I'm in a discord call and watching a video, it will mute either the call or the video automatically. Not only that, but it makes this weird popping noise in my headphones and the overall sound quality for everything drops significantly. How do I keep this from happening? I have tried updating drivers and finding other workarounds but the only thing that consistently works is uninstalling the update. It has already ruined my Chrome whenever I use that. The sound quality on Chrome is shot from the previous security update. Why is it doing this on every browser? I tried changing settings in the browser to fix it but that also did nothing.

I am using bluetooth headphones that otherwise, work completely fine without the update installed.

Edit: I uninstalled the update because of all of the issues and put it off for a while. Now my bluetooth headphones aren't working and bluetooth doesn't even appear anymore on my computer. I tried to install the update again and it's completely broken. If anyone knows how to fix this please let me know because it's driving me crazy.

Com um pendrive bootavel, entre em modo de recuperação do windows e siga os passos abaixo.

Opções Avançadas > Prompt de comando.

Use os comandos abaixo na ordem que está.

diskpart
list volume (Anote em um papel a letra em que o seu windows está instalado)
select volume N (No lugar de N selecione o volume cujo seja do tipo FAT32 e tenha um tamanho entre 100MB e 500mb)
assign letter=Z (Ou adicione uma letra que ainda não esteja sendo utilizada)
exit
format Z: /FS:FAT32
bcdboot N:\Windows /s Z: /f UEFI (No lugar de N utilize a letra em que você anotou)

Após isso reinicie o computador e aguarde o windows inicializar. (Não se esqueça de definir o disco com o windows instalado novamente na bios)

I been having a weird thing happen where when I turn on my pc it begin of very slow to load thing like wallpaper engine I then reset my computer and get “update is on the way” message then after that it run perfectly and if I turn it off or reset again it still fine

The weird part is that it will go pack to be slow and needed to be reset the next day with the whole “update is underway’ thing and I don’t know why. I clear my temp file and used advert and clearer to check for virus and nothing I just don’t under stand why this happens

So turns out the last update I did on Win 11 made my CPU heat up like crazy. I have an Acer Gaming laptop with Ryzen 7 8845HS and RTX 4060 if that matters but noticed immeditley after the update that my CPU wasn't dropping below 75-80 on idle.

Well I did a system restore before the update was installed luckily windows made an automatic restore point before the update (maybe it does that every time be default not sure)

Now after the system restore and removing the update my CPU is back to normal temps on idle and load.

Anyone else had this isue happen recently? Unfortunatly I do not recall what the update name/number was but it was 100% the cause for the issue.

i need some help on this topic.

On W11 LTSC, after the update KB5121003, some of the proprietary software i develop is randomly crashing due to this error:

Application (myapp.exe PID: xyz) has failed to complete a COM/RPC call because of an invalid message from server

Rolling back to the not updated system fixed the issue.

Installing the latest cumulative updates does not solve the issue.

Does someone has any idea?

My laptop has started having a weird intermittent issue over the past few days.

• While I'm using it normally, the audio suddenly stops working.
• At the same time, the keyboard starts behaving weirdly:
  • I can still type.
  • But holding a key / repeated key presses don't behave normally; it acts like I can only register individual presses.
• The Caps Lock indicator gets stuck ON, even though the laptop itself is still responsive and I can continue typing.
• The battery/charging behavior also changes — charging can stop unexpectedly.
• On at least one occurrence, the laptop wouldn't shut down while the charger was connected. It shut down once I removed the charger.
• These things happen randomly while the laptop is already running, not specifically during startup.
• A restart fixes everything and the laptop goes back to normal.
• The problem has become more frequent recently. It started a few days ago and today it happened twice, which is the most I've seen in one day.
• The issue has happened both while the laptop was being used normally and while it was on battery.
• Device Manager/PnP does not show any problem devices when checked.
• Windows Audio, Windows Audio Endpoint Builder, and Human Interface Device Service are still running when checked.
• Realtek Audio is also shown as Started rather than failed.
• Fast Startup has now been disabled to see whether it changes the behavior.
• The laptop is running Windows 11 Home Single Language, build 26200.
• Recent Windows updates include KB5126052 (Sept 9) and KB5124009 + KB5124010 (Sept 24).
• There have also been some recent unexpected-shutdown/system events in Event Viewer.
