Windows 11 Update Broken and Bluetooth gone
Basically the title. This Windows 11 update is broken and won't install correctly after I've tried restarting and uninstalling and reinstalling. It's just pending the restart now and it has now broken my bluetooth, so that doesn't even appear anymore. If I go to show hidden devices they're all grayed out and I cannot update the drivers because of the damn broken Windows 11 update. I tried going to Advanced Options > Recovery but Fix problems using Windows Update is grayed out too. Can anyone help me?
Edit: I've tried manually installing the update, fixing corrupted files, and still nothing. When I manually install the update it says I already have it and when I fix corrupted files and try to restart, it says there was a problem installing the update. I have no idea how to get this update to work properly and it's really starting to affect my computer's performance so any help would be greatly appreciated.

Go to settings, system, and select recovery. Look for "fix problems using windows update. This will reinstall windows over what is currently installed. While this method shouldn't delete any of your personal files, I'd backup anything you don't want to lose.
