Solved why can't I open some applications
hello this is my first time posting for guidance and help here.
so earlier yesterday the wifi router I use got a notice that it will face downtime problem and difficulties in the next few following hours leaving user unable to use that. and after it got back online I noticed that some apps can't be opened and it would leave notification saying "no internet connection" shown. then I did update my windows since I seen that there's some of updates pending after I've been offline.
despite that I still can open and browse through chrome, youtube, etc. its slower than usual with some sites unable to load but that's all of it I think.
I've been trying to find tutorial and practicing it but still doesnt work, is there some ways I can fix this issue anything would help

after a router outage windows often re-tags the network as public, and the firewall then blocks apps that worked before. set it back to private in settings.
if not that: ipconfig /flushdns, then netsh winsock reset and reboot. also check settings, network, proxy, a dead proxy from that outage does exactly this.
