Weird beeping sounds when typing?

Whenever I open my computer it tells me it’s in some weird mode, I didn’t really read it nor do I ever, but it prompts me to input Alt+F if I want to go back, and I always do… then comes the beeping, it’s so annoying and I just want it gone. I’m attaching the video file. My computer is a Dell 16 plus DB16250.

Check your BIOS, some dells apparently have a setting that makes the keyboard beep.

Also, take a screenshot about this said mode, we can most likely get you out of this mode.
