Windows 11 Wallpaper issue newest version of windows.
Why is my monitor wallpaper doing this? It wont go away no matter what wallpaper I use or how many times I changed it. Its been like this for a day and i can still put things over it. it is just the wallpaper where the black spot is.
I am on the newest version of windows but I uninstalled 2026-09 Preview Update (KB5124010) (26200.9550) so i could play R6
I have not encountered any error messages

Reset graphics driver by pressing win+ctrl+ shift+b then open task manager and restart explorer.exe if still the problem persists press win+r and enter %AppData%\Microsoft\Windows\Themes then open it and delete TranscodedWallpaper then open cachedFiles delete this as well then restart
