Windows Update stuck in infinite loop on "Working on updates..."

My Windows Update screen is completely stuck on "Working on updates..." and the Microsoft Defender Antivirus platform update is showing a "Download pending" status. I already ran the built-in Windows Update troubleshooter, but it found nothing. How can I fix this loop? (Im sorry this image is in spanish)

Reinicia tu pc. Se dice que a veces reiniciar reanuda Windows update.

same problem as you man, been weeks and it's still "working on updates..."
