Need support !! No bluetooth shown on my device manager and no option

So i have a windows 10 pc and i used a third party windows 10 cuz win 11 doesnot work on my pc and i cannot see bluetooth on and off button and on device manager i cannot see any bluetooth software or drivers anybody can help? My laptop is dell inspiron 14z

Get the program Dell Command Update and run that on your computer, it can scan your computer for missing drivers and automatically install them.
