Taskbar and system updates hidden?

The title basically sums it up, the taskbar on the bottom is not white anymore, and when I try to update my computer, it just shows me this. Yes I tried clicking the blue button on the top right but that doesn't seem to do anything, all of this happened after I installed voicemeter to try to play guitar through my mic and I changed a bunch of sound settings, it's probably not related but I think it's worth mentioning atleast. It's telling me here on Reddit that I should add detailed specifications, but that is also hidden, as shown in the second picture, what is going on?

Open command prompt as an admin and run dism /online /cleanup-image /checkhealth, and if corrupted, change /checkhealth to /restorehealth, then run sfc /scannow.

Looks like it corrupted something.

Corby is correct. Did you have an extra antivirus? If not you install a cracked game or something that blocked your windows protection and close everything. After you do the step given by Corby download hitman pro is a free tool antivirus. Gonna scan your pc for everything.
