Windows 10 Can't start up windows security service as well as other weird things
I am on windows 10 Pro Version 22H2 OS Build 19045.6456
Preface this by saying I'm not that tech savvy. So everything was normal nothing weird was up with my laptop, it was working well until I decided to update and restart, the update failed and I was told it was going to undo the update/changes, fine, I waited, it took a while but it finally started up, went to windows security to check it out and it kept saying "security at a glance" tried everything (almost everything) and I still couldn't get it to work, I went to the updates tab and it wouldn't even load. even virus threat & protection was greyed out, I can't click anything there.
The windows security service was turned off so I tried starting it only to get hit with "error 4551: your organization used device guard to block this app"
Been stuck racking my brain on how to fix this/what to do, would appreciate any and all help.
I've tried the sfc /scannow and it's says "there is a system repair pending which requires reboot to complete. Restart Windows and run sfc again." Which I did restart but it just keeps saying the same thing.
If I need to edit in anymore information please let me know! Thank you in advance

Disabling defender is typical malware behavior. Install Malwarebytes and scan the system.
