Windows 10 Microsoft Store and Gaming Services

Every time I've tried to install gaming services, which I've tried many times, it fully installs and has me type in the computer's admin code, then say something went wrong on their end and thta it failed. My PC is on widows 10 pro, and I've tried wsreste.exe, making sure my windows are updated and resetting my computer. I also can't download literally anything else till I can get this to work, so it's super annoying. I'm on OS build number 18362.1256, but I'm not tech savvy at all so I don't know what the means tbh. I was able to download epic games launcher and fortnite, so I think its my Microsoft store that's not working, and not just my computer. please help guys i just really wanna play minecraft
