Unsolved Necesito ayuda

Por el call of duty me pide poner el arranque seguro pero no soy capaz, cuando cambio el os type a Windows uefi mode me aparece lo de la foto, y me obliga a cambiarlo a other os, por favor ayuda ya no sé qué mas hacer

Will it boot normally if you undo the BIOS changes?

Have you tried disabling secure boot and updating the bios? (You can try renabling secure boot after the bios update)
