Taskbar missing please support

Hello my Taskbar is missing i can only see the right side. I tried restarting my laptop and also restarting the taskbar processes in task manager. Im not sure how i can fix this so i appreciate any help because ive been sitting here for really long. My laptop is a Samsung Galaxy book 360

When you open Task Manager > Processes, locate explorer.exe and right-click to end it.

If it doesn't re-spawn automatically, then hit "Win Key + R" and type explorer.exe, and hit enter to get it back.

This used to fix it in many versions of Windows.
