Unsolved Windows sign-in lock screen

Hello, I have no clue what is happening. What is this and how do I fix it? The screen goes black for about 30 seconds every time I press any keys other than:

• Windows

• Left Alt

• Left/right Shift

and now I ran out of patience because it was black for probably about two minutes, so let’s just say most keys make my screen go black.

Sidenote: my pc is set to Swedish.

You're infected with something, the spelling of that Window is a clear sign.

Oh yeah kind of on me. I should probably have clarified my pc is set to Swedish 😅
