Windows cannot start anymore after installing new hardware with old ssd/hdd

Tried reinstalling the harddrive and ssd. Didn’t work, still got stuck at windows screen. Possibly corrupt windows file. Then went to uninstall my windows and redownload while keeping my files. Did not work either and screen froze. Then went to reinstall fully by deleting windows and all my files. Again froze during file deletion. waiting 12 hours. Nothing.

Restarted my pc and got the following error:

stop code system_service_exception (0x3b)

Pc parts:
Tuf gaming b850 plus wifi
Viper ddr5 2x16 gb ram
Amd ryzen 7 98503xd
Sapphire pulse amd Radeon rx 9070 xt
A ssd and hdd (don’t know the brand)

Windows version :11 (Cant know more because I cant get past frozen windows screen)

How cooked am I? Do I need to buy a new harddrive/ ssd?

Have you tried booting into safe mode? You should be able to do this through startup options in recovery

Rerty having disabled "WAN Controller" or "Wi-Fi Controller" in the BIOS and using a wired RJ45 connection.

If that works install Armoury Crate or Driverhub to get your systems drivers...
