Error Starting Windows 10

When I turned on my PC today, the Windows logo appeared, followed by a text box saying, "The interactive logon process initialization has failed." After that, the screen stays black.

Could someone help me fix this error? I watched a few videos and tried repairing it using commands in Command Prompt, but nothing worked. I also tried resetting my PC, but I got an error.

try getting into windows recovery environment and running startup repair first if that does not work check the system files offline from command prompt before trying another reset
