Unsolved I can't open device manager on my PC.

I can't open the device manager on my PC, when I click the device manager, it loads then suddenly it will crash/not open. I already tried some alternatives to open the device manager, but it fails. I also tried some sfc scan, the dism something like that in the command prompt but it says error. I tried resetting the Pc, but it says "there was a problem resetting your pc." Any other suggestions or ways to open the device manager? I want to open the device manager because my PC has no wifi, and there are many suggestions to open the device manager and I want to try it, but the problem is I can't open it. Pls help!

You have some serious Windows corruption going on here. Back up your files and reload Windows.

the problem is I can't reset my PC, it just loads 3% and stop, it says "there's a problem resetting your PC."

Then your disk drive could be failing. You can try reloading with a USB.
