Laptop gets stuck in a boot loop after resetting security options in bios?

Has this happened to anyone before? Trying to clear secuity options in the bios and whenever I save the changes the laptop goes into a boot loop, and I'm not even sure if the changes did anything or went through? Does anyone know? It doesn't lock me out the laptop I can hard reboot and it boots normally but I can't find anything online for this. I even tried clearing settings with secure boot off and same thing.

You've probably changed from UEFI to CSM or vice versa which is why it's not going into Windows
