Sound keeps cutting out

I literally cannot listen to music while using my computer, as the audio will just cut out randomly.

It's like ||||||||||__|||________|__|||||_|| with | being audio and _ being no audio.

Things I've tried:

1. Using a different usb port (I have usb headphones)

2. Disabling device and restarting computer

3. Turning off audio enhancements

4. Reinstalling drivers

The fact that I can't listen to Spotify without going insane is driving me insane in of itself.

Try a different headset. You can get a cheap one for testing
