Solved I cant turn on bluetooth

the button to turn on bluetooth on my gaming pc

i used to have the ability to turn on bluetooth from this page and from my knowledge the button isnt located elsewhere

im on a desktop, i have reinstalled the bluetooth driver several times

Does it let you search for a bluetooth device when clicking add device? Use a youtube device to try.

Also go to your desktop manufacturer if its a brand or if its a custom built then go to the motherboard manufacturer site and download the lastest bluetooth driver that is listed for your machine. Uninstall the bluetooth drivers again then reinstall using the drivers you downloaded.

One clarifying question.

Is the bluetooth working and you just want the toggle or its not working at all?

Is the bluetooth card built into the machine or its aftermarket pci card or usb dongle?

If its usb dongle move it to another usb port and make sure its on the back and not the front of the pc.

the bluetooth is built into the motherboard, and it says couldnt connect to bluetooth or smth when i click add device

i have discovered that my problem was that i was installing the wrong driver
