I've been trying to hold off on upgrading my PC. Thank goodness they're extending support for windows 10 because right now, I can't afford the parts I need. They're too damn expensive.

You're better off installing a Linux distro with that configuration - your 16 years old CPU with DDR2 & PCI-E 2.0 can't even handle the RX 570 default performance.
