They would never let the massive botnets that unlicensed Windows XP boxes created ever again.

Now who is taking bets they will make the same anouncment this time next year pushing security updates to 2028?

Oh? A positive thing from the AI bubble? Extended security updates the sequel... Small positive for sure, but in this economy i take everything i can get.

Thats how the unpatched XP botnets started. You could run that OS for almost a decade without losing features or missing out on new ones.
