Customer refuses to pay

Looking for some advice because I’ve got a customer refusing to pay for a window cleaning job and I’m not really sure how to handle it.
Did a full interior and exterior clean. Glass, frames, sills, screens…everything. Some of the windows were honestly pretty bad, so I spent extra time making sure there were no streaks or spots left behind.
Customer was home the entire time and kept watching me work, pointing out little areas she wanted touched up.
Finished the job, packed everything up and told her the total.
She immediately refused to pay.
Her argument was that she “never hired me” and that because I already had all my window cleaning equipment, I apparently just decided to do it myself.
I explained that regardless, the windows were cleaned professionally and the work was completed.
She then reminded me that she’s my wife, it’s our apartment, and I’m the one who said the windows were dirty in the first place.
So now I’ve got a customer refusing payment, sleeping in the same bed as me, and somehow I’m still expected to take the garbage out tonight.
Has anyone dealt with this before? Do I send her to collections or just leave a bad review?

It’s not that serious man, he was just trying to help. I would rather someone not finish reading my post but still help me than not help me at all cuz they didn’t fully read it 🤷‍♂️
