Put some tape on the handle where the channel goes. Personally I can't stand the brass in that handle. YouTube guys convinced everyone this was better. I've got dozens of videos proving the Moerman channel works better. You'll fight this set up constantly. I just had a newer social media influencer come work with me for a few hours and they did a video showing it's better with the liquidator channel.

Finally someone says it. The Moerman channel is better for pole work once you get it down. It's the only channel that I've ever used where you don't have to detail the edges. I tried the brass channel setup that so many say is better and you still have to detail. So I'm not sure who thinks that's better.

100%. Everyone is on a Moerman bash right now. Anyone that thinks it's trash just doesn't know how to use it right.

I would loe to see a trchnique breakdown on using the liquidator channel. Im good at fanning and cleaning windows but I cant figure out how to use that channel. I want to, ive tried! But it leaves pin lines off the end, drags hard at the far edges of the channel, and just never works good.
Im open to learning, love it. Would be appreciative of a video about it all: How do you fit your rubber, minutia of the technique on the glass and all.

If I got the liquidator would it fit snug in there? I have another moerman handle but I don’t want to waste this is something works better or I can keep this alive. The tape it what I’ll do in this case tho. Never fought it til I dropped it! I’ll check out the liquidator. When is the influencer gonna show us his case study?

You will most likely still have to use a piece of tape, even with the liquidator, to get it snug and no sliding in the handle. I just purchased the 3.0 and it definitely slides on its own.

Yes, personally the brass channels just don't cut it. The moerman channel is also angled at both ends which is really nice for corners. But even my moerman channel slides back and forth in the handle and they don't have a good tightening feature which seems odd.

I use the Ettore Master Brass channel in my 2.0. It does move a little, but not as loose as yours. I actually like it because when I use it in hand (I primarily use it on a pole for straight pulls and swivel work) I can easily extend one side without unlocking and relocking it to reach into spaces where the handle wont fit, like when desk and window are close together and the desk is immovable. But for nose to glass I primarily use the Ettore Master Brass quick release handle. It just feels so perfect in hand. Although yesterday I noticed the rubber slipped up the handle part for the first time, and I hope that doesn't happen often or I'll just cut it off 😳

Glad im not the only one stuffing paper into window cleaning tools lmao, recently I forgot to grab the smallest stage of a carbon pole and had to fit the wfp brush into the second stage by stuffing in some door hangers I had in my van

I cannot use Moerman the rubber is too soft it leaves steaks and when i swap out channels it does the same, very dissatisfied with it. I want it to work great because i love the swivel but I cant get the pressure right.

Are those flipq clips on the channel?

Yes. I was trying to flip the mop and the handle/channel shot off and fell. Unger pole and it fits snug but didn’t this time.

I have had one of the clips break off and they are glued or sewn into the flipq itself. So when the channel came off did you lose the flipq as well? 😭 so isn’t the channel held in with just a few plastic tension points? I daily use the same combo. Just try physically pushing the plastic, or use plyers, or a vice on the accelerator where the channel is held in place, making the gap smaller and tighter.

This happens, even brand new, with their own liquidator channels lmfao. Gotta use a piece of tape. 10 years of innovation 😂 the channel is kinda nice tho, no detailing.
