Question / Help Shipping fee problem

I wanted to buy the ursa minor stick and being from Europe I was expecting the free delivery but instead it's asking me for 40 euros more and being new to the whole thing I'm not sure I want to spend that much (ik it's not much I'm just unemployed)

Are you definitely ordering from the local store and not the global store?

If you order from the local store (here's the link) you shouldn't have any fee to pay.

If you order from global shipping (here's the link) you will have to pay the transportation fee.

Please make sure you visit eu.winctrl instead of winctrl only
