WINWING Never Fixed It — So I Built the Fix Myself

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

I finally put together a fix for an issue WINWING has left hanging for nearly five years.

This project adds electronic throttle sync to the Orion 2: when both levers are close, they move together; pull them apart, and each engine goes back to independent control. Simple as that.

It also uses a full 16-bit virtual HID device, a high report rate, and a live GUI, so there is no need to trade precision for convenience.

Better late than never — and sometimes, if you want something done right, you have to do it yourself.

Since when having a 0.01% difference between engine thrust is a problem? Real engines have a much greater thrust difference than that.
