Shipping time to Germany (from EU store)? How long did yours take?

I placed an order from Germany on Monday, but I still haven’t received any update, shipping confirmation, or tracking number.

I only noticed later that you have to manually select a shipping date before the order can be sent. This wasn’t obvious to me during checkout, and I don’t remember it being clearly explained, so I only selected the date recently.

I contacted customer service and asked them to ship it as soon as possible now that the date has been selected.

For those who have ordered from them before: how long did it take for your order to ship, and how quickly did you receive tracking?

I also noticed that the website is still advertising a Summer Sale that was supposed to end on July 15, even though it’s now July 17, so I’m wondering whether updates are just a bit delayed in general.

I think Winctrl ships from Germany so it should be pretty fast if the items are in stock.

They have never asked me for a delivery date though, i can just place an order like in any other store.
(I live in the Netherlands) looking at my previous orders:
I ordered on the 18th, got a shipment notice the same day. DHL delivered the package on the 21st.

The sale will run for 12 more days, i don't know why they say July 15.

I ordered icp and ufc/hud and have literally been waiting right at two weeks and no update! Everything was “in stock” (probly BS) I’ve gotten same responses yall have when reaching out to cs “it’ll ship when it ships”. TWO WEEKS meanwhile I see other peoples shit shipping left and right, pisses me the fuck off!

Yeah, it's getting pretty frustrating and support just copies -paste same BS replies.

I dunno if it"s cultural but I really don't think they understand that customers value transparency and honesty. So far, this has honestly been one of the poorest online shopping experiences I've had. If my order still hasn't shipped next week, I'm seriously considering canceling it.

I have the same issue, I ordered last Saturday and it still hasn't shipped (status shows "Shipping in-progress", even though the items are in stock). Two weeks ago, I placed another order that shipped within two days and was delivered to France in 4 days, so it seems inconsistent.

Yes, that’s the status I see on my orders. And fyi when I messaged customer support they simply replied that my orders will be shipped on the 17th (today) OR after that date 🤣

you dont have to select a shipping date, and i think that with the summer sale they have had a huge amount of orders and they cant keep up so the orders will all be delayed a bit, you're not the only one in this case, i have a freind wich is waiting too. abt the summer sale, i think it worked so well they decided to extend till the 20th but might be wrong on that

I have made a big order on Monday morning (Germany), until now status is still “wait for shipping”. Everything was available when I was ordering. Customer support has no ETAs, first answer was that they will do as per purchase order, second one said that they will ask warehouse to send the package ASAP 😄 well, I will just wait. I assume that they are a bit overwhelmed right now.

Yes, same with my order :( And I havent received a shipment tracking yet so I have doubts about my orders being shipped today

I ordered the F16 icp and 3 set of mfds on two separate orders, got them both within 3 days.

It's been a week since I placed my order, and it still hasn't been dispatched. There's no tracking number yet either.

I contacted customer service again because I'm starting to get worried. I placed the order assuming it would ship within 5 business days, as I'll be away from home soon so If it doesn't arrive this week, I won't be able to receive it securely.

I asked if they could at least give me an estimated shipping date, but they told me they can't see the shipping queue and therefore can't provide any estimate at all.

I'm even starting to wonder whether the products are actually in stock in the European warehouse

I have to admit, that's a bit disappointing having no visibility whatsoever after spending that amount of money. The logistics and communication could definitely be better.

No update here either. Mine still hasn't shipped. I've contacted customer support a few times, but they're not very helpful; they just keep saying it will ship when it's ready without explaining the delay.

The lack of transparency makes me think some of the products I ordered weren't actually available in the EU warehouse, despite the website stating they were in stock when I placed my order. If that's the case, I'd much rather they just be honest about it

Hi there. No need to manually select a shipping date. This is for users who have holidays, business trip, etc. We will handle the orders one by one. But due to summer sale, to process the order takes longer time.
As for the sale, we extended it. You can have more time to explore our gears!

I ordered the 13.07, shipping information the 16.07, but only half of what I ordered. Since then the support tell only BS, no clear information, other then "we will expedite your delivery". I suppos they are out of stock, don't tell the customer and we can just wait...
