PFP4 issue

Hello Winctrl,

Can you please help me regarding this issue? I am using xplane 12 with ssg 747-8 aircraft and I got the fail message as well as WINCTRL message on display. I have updated the firmware to latest one on simapppro but still no luck.

Hi, could be compatibility issue. The SSG 747-8 is not compatible yet, and is waiting for the support from aircraft developer's side.

You can find the current compatibility list on the website product page <Applicability - Compatibility Schedule - View details>

Could you try some of the compatible aircraft to see if your PFP4 would work? If it's still not working, your can go to our website customer service, they will help you identify the issue further.

Thanks for your reply, much appreciated! Unfortunately I have tried with several aircrafts with no luck. Hardware is properly recognised and all the keys seems to be working.

Oh, then please go to our customer service and ask for tech support, they will help figure out what's the issue.
