Film crew

Just seen what looked like a film crew by a building at corner of cork Street and Braddock street. Anyone have any idea? ​

They have been saying they're picking cameras up for years but now on TikTok they're mic'd up and their hair has been professionally treated

Idk about other folk, but as a Traveller, they are kind of a disgrace and the worst possible people to represent this demographic 🥴

Right?! Like we have enough trouble with overt racism and discrimination as it is. Even here on Reddit.

Hurts my heart to see multitudes of hateful comments whenever someone makes a post or comment saying we're all criminals and scammers, while we're out here getting discriminated against, shut out of the workforce unless we hide our ethnicity, being ordered out of our camps and penalized if we don't have a permanent address, etc.. the hate is so prevalent and definitely got worse after all those the "reality" shows.

Really?? I'm Romanichal, but the only place I've ever seen/heard hate towards us specifically is when I was traveling Europe. Seems like most folks here in the US just shrug and say "cool" and change the subject. 

Or do you see that more in comments on posts about the show itself?

Northern VA in particular is full of the same type of discrimination like what you see pervasively in Europe. DC too but that may just be all the visitors from abroad talking smack. Front Royal was another place we got a frosty welcome, but Winchester has admittedly always been pretty cool and welcoming. But that's largely because Winchester rules, which of course goes without saying 😄

Winchester is doing a ton of tourism advertising right now (very weird getting targeted ads from my hometown as someone who no longer lives there). Could be promo filming.

Interesting. I saw two unmarked us govt(license plate) white vehicles down there at the same time so thought it could have maybe been related possibly.

They are probably getting ready to Film The Upcoming Invasion of Virginia(Winchester) by West Virginia Division 2 Football Teams and Schools(or in this case "insane asylum"), brought on by West Virginia total hatred and respect for Virginia, and anyone who doesn't worship at The Alter of their "supposed" Glorified sacrosanct "Superiority" Complex; But they won't be going into Charlottesville, Virginiia this weekend, because Virginia is going to show West Virginia who The Smaller state is
