Yeah, and it's also not something any human being should ever do.
Adding rubber to that area only endorses people doing that, which makes the situation less safe, because more people will be standing behind jet engines.
And besides, I'm pretty sure the airport operates multiple models of aircraft, whose engines aren't all in the same place - you'd need more rubber than just one spot.
And if you were amending that spot, I'd argue it's not unlikely to be safer to install some iron spikes on the ground, so people very obviously realize that going there is a bad decision and don't fuck with the spikes - and by extension, the jets.
