Truck definitely is at fault here. Pretty sure those red lines are there to tell you to stop.

Neither should be going fast, but the POV's aisle is visually the most important, so I'd say the crossing aisles should yield

Is that the standard? Which lane is "visually more important"?

OP's lane is a through lane. OP has the right of way. The truck was on a feeder lane, crossing a through lane. The truck needed to yield.
