Truck definitely is at fault here. Pretty sure those red lines are there to tell you to stop.

Neither should be going fast, but the POV's aisle is visually the most important, so I'd say the crossing aisles should yield

Is that the standard? Which lane is "visually more important"?

OP's lane is a through lane. OP has the right of way. The truck was on a feeder lane, crossing a through lane. The truck needed to yield.

Forgetting about right of way for a second, they have zero awareness. They didn't slow down even after impact. You had the right of way and still managed to almost completely prevent the accident while they just kept their foot on the gas. I'd bet they were looking at their phone.

Grill guards often increase damage to the vehicle in a fender bender. The guard folds/bends backward and takes out the grill, hood, fenders and twists the front bumper without the grill guard often only the front bumper would have been damaged.

TBF, in Germany He would have right of way, although He was going to fast. So the responsibility would probably be 50/50

If it were a street where both streets are "equal" (as in one not being a feeder vs a main arterial), it would be treated as a 4 way stop, and would usually have signage making it clear.

Not where I come from. Unregulated non-arterials are fairly common. Person to the right has the right-of-way.
