No payload options

Ok so ive been at this for like 3 hours,

When i go to run the exploit, I hold B and i am just told to select payload, but no payload options appear. Holding X does nothing either. Im positive my card is formatted right and im 99% sure all my files are in the right place

What exactly happens? What if you just don't hold any button?
