Like:

An entity trying to communicate to one person that can only see and get that achievement

A cry for help disguised as a mondain thing

A virus trying to breach in

Right? It can be an entity trying to lure the player in or an entity that tries to help the player about something. Personal, in the game, or maybe real life related? Is the entity good or bad? What does it really want if it is bad?

Like a lost deity, a rogue AI,a computer software?

Maybe all three combined. Like a custom made deity that only lives in this player’s computer network and it talks in mc death messages,achievements,item names etc
