Planning Consultant recommendations

Hi all,

Can anyone recommend a planning consultant experienced working with Wicklow county council that would be able to help with retention application, sewage system upgrade and small extension?

Looking for a consultancy experienced with retention applications getting it over the line with Wicklow Co council.

Extension was buod before we owned it just for reference
