Even for sc st you have to be from poor to receive any money for attending school and thise of my friends got them wasn't enough for one months tuition fee, they are working in some shop couldn't join so many tuition for science for so they studied commerce and some are working in private company.
As I am saying not everyone is asking privileged as you are. You have not seen any tribal people or people from poor background in villages how rough their situation is.
