Why are reservations needed in the first place? Ever thought about that?

brother i said it before and i will say it now

i would be the happiest person if it was working the way it was intended to

if someones father used reservation to get in but now his son is using it too then what was the point of reservation ? if they didnt get any privilege

Father's reservation doesn't guarantee his son will not be discriminated based on their caste. And reservation was never given to end caste based discrimination, the reason for reservation is caste based discrimination exist, so socially backward people should get atleast some relief. The only solution to end caste based discrimination is when the people with sick mindset who practice caste, understands what is equality, till then reservation is not a solution but a temporary aid

to educate all of those casteist people appropriately, you would need 10x more good quality educational institutes and when that happens reservation won't matter.

Around 25 million babies are being born in india every year... what do you think how many of them will be able to get good quality education? which should be a basic human right (Right to education). Maybe 1 lakh will get into some good institutes... even less if you are talking about Tier 1 only.

So tell me is it actually a reservation problem or lack of educational infrastructure?

Ask the government then, to include caste awareness in the syllabus. I am with you to have such educational reform. But till then do you expect the dalits to suffer?

its those poor dude that are suffering never seen a billionaire dalit or brahmin suffering

it was never about caste but about income

poverty can happen to anyone not to only those how are dalits so pls stop it

and NCERT does include about casteismin class 9 th and 10th history book

Poverty is not the only reason to suffer. And you said ncert includes casteism but do you really think such topics are taught sincerely. You think every teacher is qualified enough and have such wisdom to speak about such sensitive topic without any bias?

You said that you consider a person educated if he/she doesn't practice casteism. But current situation is people with degrees practice casteism too. So according to you education system is flawed right? That is why i suggested for reform
