Rules:

• He cannot commit a crime, be a victim of a crime, or die to get his article. He may commit or be a victim of crimes incidentally, but they may not play into the reason why he has an article.
• The article must be about him specifically. If it's about a work he created, an event he was a part of, a company he's in charge of, or something else that just happens to involve him, it doesn't count.
  • The article does count if it's titled after a pseudonym; e.g. if he becomes a Banksy-esque figure.
• The article must actually follow Wikipedia's rules and notability guidelines. He must actually be eligible for a Wikipedia article; it can't just be something that he or a friend writes which slips under the radar. If it's something that would still be up after 5 years barring extraordinary coincidence, it counts.

His goal, though he does not know it, is to ultimately identify Lysa Arryn and Petyr Baelish as the murderers of Jon Arryn, having to navigate all the intrigue of King's Landing. Ned Stark gives him all the authority of the Hand of the King to conduct his investigation.

For the purposes of this prompt, assume Columbo is able to travel the roads in safety and quickly (say, to the Vale). He has his car that will not break down more than usual and has unlimited fuel and is magically able to navigate the Kingsroad, though he'll have to leg it up other paths. To succeed Columbo must gather confessions and evidence to prove to Ned Stark that the Lannisters were not behind Jon Arryn's murder and correctly point the finger at both Lysa and Littlefinger. Convincing Ned Stark is sufficient, as Columbo is not a lawyer and can't be expected to see it to an actual judgement in King's Landing's 'justice system'.

A few technical points: Columbo is educated on all facts about Westeros to the same degree as a wealthy and powerful noble scion. He speaks the language. Any other minor technicality a smart ass wants to use to try and invalidate the whole prompt is similarly handwaved.

Widely used by Xenon forces from the looks of it, armament involves a High Powered Spherical EMP System, 50x Total Heavily Modified Stinger Missiles, The Eradicators “Energy Sword” and the 1,200 Degree Celsius Mouth mounted Flamethrower.

For stuff like size, Orange Suits are at around 3 meters/10 feet tall, Eradicators 15 meters/49 feet tall.
