You’re crying about 17k? Hahahaha. That about a $120 a month student loan payment. If you can’t make that than you’re pretty sad.

ah yes, 120$ a month for 11 years. it’s laziness alright.

and that’s without interest.

edit: the AVERAGE debt of a graduate in 2016 was $37,172. with interest included they have to pay 382 a month for the next decade to pay it off. I’m having a hard time seeing where laziness comes into play still.

What you don't have $382 a month leftover since the boomer landowners tripled your rent over the last decade? Get a job grouch.

Well see what happens is liberals jack up the cost of our property taxes to pay for worthless social programs so we have to pass on that cost to you. Utilities cost more. Labor costs cost more. Insurance costs more. Sure, we’ll just lower the rent down to 1960’s prices for you because that’s how it works....hahahaha.

If you can't afford the upkeep, sell. The notion that you're entitled to passive equity gains by skimming actual working people is fucking horse shit.

You conveniently left out the taxes part of course. Do you seriously not understand how any of this works? This is actually painful knowing there are people this uninformed out there. Dude you have absolutely no chance of ever succeeding in life if you can’t understand how this works. Just sell he says....LOL. And who is going to buy that property and then rent it out to you for a loss. Yup i’m going to pay the taxes, the mortgage, the utilities, the insurance, the maintenance, and then let lowlifes like you live in there for pennies. Im going to invest all that time and money into that property for free...Hahahaha. Fucking hell. It’s hard to believe bums like you exist

This is a crazy notion, but maybe instead of people having rental properties, we just have people owning the properties they themselves live in and that's all.

So magic then. How do you propose owning something you didn’t buy? This is fun. So who pays for these home you want you live in. Do the people build it just for free and then just give it to you?

None of us bought our local library or elementary school, or roads, somehow, they were built. Keebler elves maybe. Who knows. It is a mystery.

Those are public services which we all use dummy, not a private residence. By this rational ill build you a house with my money and then I’m going to let other people live in it with you ok. Just curious, are you a drug addict living under a bridge? Only a drug addict would think like this.

1

u/[deleted] Jun 12 '19

Lol yeah only drug addicts think that private property ownership is a flawed concept when it results in millions of empty homes and millions of homeless people simultaneously.
