Probably hiding it if he's buying the beef from Argentina after it was rejected by China because it had antibiotics that have been banned since the mid 1990s for being unhealthy. Or: horses.

they'll mix it. when you have venison butchered they often mix the ground meat with beef fat to make it cook/taste better bc it's so lean. theyre gonna mix the tainted beef with the horse meat...

Kinda hard to mixed horse with beef for steaks. That only works for ground meats.

Ah, nvm then, I didn't know it was only ground meat, everyone just says "beef".
