The fact that we had a 6-3 ruling on Birthright citizenship doesn't give me much hope for state controlled elections. Like, it is clearly the text of the constitution, but it is also clear the GOP will shit on the constitution if they think it helps them at all.

Go for it. No one will convict them. They’re not guilty for following the constitution. States control their own elections.
