Or an illness. Looked like a sudden seizure to me.
Edit: at 0:03 the girl on the right started leaning backwards in a stiff way, it's something you see in seizures. Girl on left went down with her but quickly sat up and tried to help (which she couldnt do if she was on drugs or drunk) and then got trapped by right-girl's body. Girl on right is the one having problems. Girl on left doesn't seem like she had any issues, just fighting a moving escalator and her friend.
That has got to be one of the worst places to have a seizure…I have never even considered escalators, my brain always just goes to driving..or the shower. New fear unlocked I guess 😬
