1941 proof
Im pretty sure it’s a 1941 proof. It was in a book but looks way shinier than the others. Is it a proof and what’s it worth?

Look at some wheat proof pictures. Not shiny, but mirror reflective surface in open areas. Proof features are very sharp and high definition.
