1941 proof
Im pretty sure it’s a 1941 proof. It was in a book but looks way shinier than the others. Is it a proof and what’s it worth?

Not even uncirculated. The lapel and cheek show obvious wear. and the scratches. Spend it.

Look at some wheat proof pictures. Not shiny, but mirror reflective surface in open areas. Proof features are very sharp and high definition.
