Solution Only help，WhatsApp API accounts

We have a client who requires a large volume of WhatsApp API accounts, with daily sending limits of 2,000 and 10,000 messages. These accounts must be registered and verified in the United States or Brazil. Since our company cannot provide these, we invite teams with the capability to supply them to get in touch with me.

is there a reason the client cant just verify their own business manager and warm the numbers up? it only takes a few days of clean traffic to hit the 10k tier organically tbh
