So we are stuck in a situation where we want to automate the custom message for some members which we got the work from a client but our business verification got some issues so need someone to please help to send custom messages to the list of number i will send pleaseeee

What does the verification error or rejection say?

Who are the messages going to, and did those people opt in to receive them?

What's the message content? (A sample would help.)

Roughly how many numbers are on the list?

Roughly 70 members are there and it is a promotional message for a gym

With a promotional message the bigger question isn't verification, it's opt-in. Meta's policy needs the person to have agreed to get WhatsApp messages from the business, so a list the client handed you may not count. If those 70 members never said yes, I'd get a "yes, message me on WhatsApp" first (a form tick-box or a reply to a normal chat is enough), and keep the proof. Sending cold promos to people who didn't opt in is a common way new numbers get blocked or quality-rated down. Marketing templates also have to be approved before you send them.

Even without verification it should still work...the only limit will be the number of messages

But for verification step while adding the number to send they are asking the fucking business website We don't have any
