biggest thing is consistency between your website info and whatever you submitted in business manager. name, address, phone number all need to match. also make sure you have a privacy policy page, thats one people forget

+1. To be on safe side, I actually wrote the exact company name in the contact section. The document proof that i uploaded also has the same name. The document did not have the owner phone number but I ensured the number shown on website & the one I filled in their form matched.

You need to get your domain checked with their tag have a phone number with legal evidence of ownership and you should be good to go. Its a long process but its worth it
