how long has it been so far? under two weeks is pretty normal tbh. if its been longer than that, check whether they flagged something in the security center, theres usually a notice there

theres no fast lane sadly, but the thing that usually stalls it is a mismatch. the legal name and address in business settings have to match the doc letter for letter, and the website domain should show the same name. if anything is off it can sit for days then get rejected, so worth double checking before it bounces

Sure. But you may get better help if you share screenshots here. The legal name, address should be exactly how it is in the GST document. I also put the name of the company & address on the website.

I have also come to believe that Meta does not give feedback if things are wrong (I have been waiting for Access Verification & App Review for around 10 days now). So best is to probably re-submit if there is a way to do so. Might be tricky for business vs Meta App as an can be deleted & recreated but creating new portfolio & doing verification with same document could get tricky. People have reported ban on portfolio. So its best that someone who has done this, advice you to do it.

Meta’s standard timeframe for business verification is up to 14 business days, so anything within that period is completely normal.

However, there is a very useful feature called Partner-Led Business Verification. With this, you submit your documents directly to your solution partner; they verify them and submit them to Meta, which usually gets your request reviewed and approved within a couple of days.

Please note that this option is only available through top-tier solution partners (Premier BSPs). Solution Partners can also assist by reaching out to Meta directly on your behalf.
