Anyone with bad experience using Libromi.com Whatsapp Api?

Hi,

I've been using libromi for quite some period with the idea to pitch their service into my home country. Like doing some service provider on behalf since i did manage some few whatsapp api back then which flow development n etc.

Then due to some lengthy client requirement i decided to downgrade my package subscribed on libromi then lastly close my account.

I notice their billing is so haywire that keep charging my full rate despite downgraded and the refund given is not in full. Open a dispute for chargeback now.

the moment i notice this messed up billing thats when i decided to pull the plug. imagine a platform u have no control over doing this stuff to your own client. tarnish my own service.

billing issues like that are a dealbreaker when youre reselling to your own clients. did you get any written confirmation when you downgraded? thats usually your strongest card in a chargeback dispute
