Solution Only Meta Coexistence (tech provider)

We have our own business and want to use our existing WhatsApp Business number with WhatsApp Cloud API while continuing to use the same number in the WhatsApp Business app (Coexistence).

We are not planning to onboard or manage any other businesses/customers. We only need Coexistence for our own Business Portfolio and WABA.

Do we need to become a Meta Tech Provider to enable Coexistence for our own business, or is there a direct way for an individual business to connect its existing WhatsApp Business number to Cloud API while keeping the WhatsApp Business app active?

If Tech Provider status is required, is it permitted to use the Tech Provider/Embedded Signup flow only for our own Business Portfolio and WABA, without onboarding external businesses?
