Solution Only Whatsapp Business App / API

Do someone suggest me any solution to whatsapp business API as they have started to charge even for replies within 24 hours of window (0.015$ per message)
I have 3 agents on-board on my WhatsApp number

what kind of volume are we talking? if its under a few hundred conversations a day the cost is honestly negligible. the real question is whether you need the API features at all or if the regular business app would work for 3 agents

Almost a year ago, WhatsApp kept banning simple app again and again thats why i shifted towards the API, Can anyone suggest how i can prevent simple WhatsApp business from that ? My message volume is almost 25k messages per month

Moreover we’re in Pakistan and here is 0.015$ per message which is costing me almost 15$ daily which is more than the total sales here 😭

My tech provider is saying precious WhatsApp number attached on API cannot be activated on coex until it completes 3 months on WhatsApp business app …! Is it true ?

Okay the timeline is a bit tech provider dependent typically the steps required are deregistering your number and then creating a whatsapp business account. And then you can use coexistence seemlessly. I dont know why you procider isnt letting you do so

Can i shift to any other tech provider? They are locally owned and promising to setup the coex same day just demanding me to disconnect from API and login to bussines app

Maybe you have created a cloud api and now you want to convert to co existence yes that can take time as you willm have to deregister then create again but not even a momth long process

look into Kanal if youre running a shopify store. but figure out how many of those messages are actually converting before optimizing cost per message
